Return and Cancellation
In case of dissatisfaction from products (in terms of damage or mismatched products), clients have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, it will be eligible for replacement (after deduction of minimal shipping charges), only in cases where there are any defects found with the product.
You will need to inform us of the defect found in the product within 24 hours from the receipt of the product and return the same within 7 working days to be eligible for replacement or refund
If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact petshop18 Customer Care, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.
Following shall not be eligible for return/refund-
· Damages due to misuse of product.
· Incidental damage due to consumption of the product.
· Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
· Any cage/crate or clothes are not eligible for return.
· Any intimation or request after 24-48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
· Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are two modes of refund available -
1. Voucher - If you choose this option, the amount will be sent to you in form of Voucher, which can be redeemed by you at a later stage for shopping on petshop18.com
2. Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
