i would recommend using pet shop 18 it has a prompt delivery for my order. I would like to advice them to keep more stuff for cats eg cat collar, toys and cat shampoo and for winters they should have warmers for cats.
I have never written this long review before. Initially I had doubts in my mind for ordering products on this website ( my previous experience with some other startup shopping website was not at all good), but then i took my risk and ordered a product. Still i wasnt at rest of what will happen to my money ( i ordered a prepaid product). I made multiple calls/ communication with the website, the customer service was good and convincing and they also take order remarks very seriously. They finally dispatched my product with one of the best courier services available in good packing. Genuine product at very competitive rates in online market.They also sent me a complementary cum surprise gift for my dog. Just icing on the cake. Overall i am impressed with the services rendered. This is is an awesome online service for all pet lovers . Shopping from this site is really satisfying, you get free gifts which my dog loves a lot and most important thing is their quick delivery. Also the support staff are really supportive . There is also variety of products which i m sure all pet lovers are attracted towards . But one thing I would like to suggest that as sometimes the products are out of stock ,please make those available soon.
I have been buying from Petshop 18 for the last 2 years. I have always been satisfied with their customer service. The last time an order shipment was getting delayed, I got a call informing me of the same. Before placing the next order I called the customer care number to confirm if my order was in stock, Mr. Amit who took the call, not only handled my queries but gave me a call within 5 minutes to inform me that more products matching my request had been added to stock and if I could place my order after 5 minutes, I would have a more varied choice! This is is amazing service. I have not so far recd such service from any online site..not the Amazons of the world or Flipkarts of India.
